Just a reminder, the next board meeting is on Wednesday, 17 September, Bull Run Library, at 6:30 PM. The current agenda is:

Approval of Minutes from August meeting
Management Report from CMC - mainly discussion of action items to include discussions of Shenandoah turf enhancements, a letter from Comcast on their position on disconnecting delinquent owners services, No Parking signs at the end of Flatbush, small claims court research for delinquent owners, Continental Pool refund for last year's failure of winterization, Titan's refund for a one life guard at the end of the season
Matters for Board Decision - Pool Winterization Proposal from Titan, Change in Board Meeting dates due to availability of Bull Run Library
Matters for Board Review - Letter from Comcast on disconnection, August Financial Statement
That is pretty much it in a nutshell. Looks pretty short.
